CASTING NETS EXHIBITION

What do the rug weaving rituals passed down through generations of Moroccan village women have to do with Prayer Book liturgy? How are dream ladders where angels pass back and forth the mystery loom of transformation for scheming old men? What about the preaching sparrows we see along the pilgrim way?

We resolve to live life in its fullness.
We welcome the people who’ll be part of this day.
We greet God in ordinary and hidden moments.
We live the life we are living.

Prayer Book faith unfolds a hand-made liturgy concretizing the divine worship found in daily rituals, hospitality, a cup of tea, and some silent sitting. Abstraction garners fresh vision and a chance to see what may be yet unseen.
